Please note that a deposit of £250 per student is payable in advance on booking student accommodation. A deposit of up to four weeks rent is required for Host Family accommodation.
The deposit will be refunded when the student vacates, provided he or she has caused no damage to the property and has abided by the rules and incurred no fines. Fines will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded on departure.
