Malvern St James (MSJ) is a leading boarding and day school for girls aged 4–18.

The School has launched a new dedicated Sixth Form Centre. Sixth Form House, Poulton, has been extensively refurbished to make it a truly 21st-century boarding environment. 

MSJ offers full, weekly and flexi (one to three nights per week) boarding. These options are available to girls from Year 3 onwards.

Entrance examinations

• Preparatory Department: informal assessment.

• Senior School: cognitive ability tests (CAT 4) and an English comprehension examination or the Common Entrance examination.

• Sixth Form: two subject entrance papers and general essay.
