Gordonstoun is full boarding schools for boys and girls from ages 8 – 18.

Gordonstoun is one of the few remaining full boarding schools in the UK for approximately 600 boys and girls from ages 8 – 18.

Set within a safe and beautiful 200-acre wooded campus only a mile from the Moray Firth and eight miles from the nearby town of Elgin.

With its temperate climate, Moray and the Moray Firth offer the best of everything Scottish – the sandy beaches of the Moray coast and the more rugged terrain of the Scottish hills. The cities of Inverness and Aberdeen with their international airports are within easy reach.

Junior pupils enter the Junior School, Aberlour House, from age 8 and can make a smooth transfer to the senior school at age 13. Approximately one third of the School’s students come from overseas, representing 40 nationalities, and this helps create an important mix of language and culture.

The educational programme is fully inclusive with all students being offered a programme of study based on four distinct educational principles: Challenge, Service, Internationalism and Responsibility.
