Programme

Lessons take place in the mornings and afternoons and there is a full social programme of organised activities and sports in the evenings. There are excursions on Saturdays and Sundays.

Lessons

There are 30 hours of tuition per week and lessons include English Skills (12½ hrs/week), Language Workshops (5 hrs/week) and School Subjects (12½ hrs/week). Maximum 14 per class.Sports Facilities

Sports facilities include tennis courts, sports hall, swimming pool, gym, squash courts, basketball court, astro-turf, playing fields, drama theatre, dance studios, cricket nets and small golf course.

Services

Computer suite for access to internet (filtered) and email. Wi-fi is available. Note that students will need to bring their own laptopsto access wi-fi. The Village Shop for drinks and snacks. Laundry is done for students at least twice each week.

Excursions, which take place on Saturdays and Sundays, offer students the opportunity to visit places of cultural and historical interest, as well as the chance for sight-seeing and shopping. Here are some of our past visits and trips:
- British Museum – Leeds or Windsor Castle – Local seaside visit (Brighton, Eastbourne) – The London Eye – London River Cruise – London Transport or Imperial War Museum – London Zoo or Aquarium – Madam Tussauds – Natural History or Science Museum – Tate Modern or The National Gallery – The Tower of London or The London Dungeon – Thorpe Park (theme park)
